






Sarasota Bay Watch
Fundraising Event Branding and Collateral Design
This case study showcases for a fundraising gala and silent auction benefiting Sarasota Bay Watch. For this event identity, various print pieces, and digital collateral. This benefit aimed to raise funds to foster and implant scallops in Sarasota Bay, to help support the health of the local ecosystem.
For the logo I created, the client requested that I include the sea grass found in the Sarasota Bay Watch primary logo, include the year, name and tagline of the event and create a mark that reflected the natural beauty of the bay and highlighting the organization’s mission. It was also a goal for the logo to be an evergreen piece, serving as a recognizable motif for this initiative for years to come.
I created print materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage, that aligned with the event’s upscale atmosphere and environmental focus. Digital assets, including social media graphics and email invitations, were also developed to promote the event.
The successful gala and auction raised crucial funds for Sarasota Bay Watch’s efforts to restore the bay’s ecosystem, underscoring the power of design in supporting environmental causes.
